2. Services Offered
Shranira Services provides Graphic Design, Branding, Video Editing, Motion Graphics, Website Development, Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Packaging Design, Print Design, and other creative services.
3. Project Quotations & Pricing
All quotations are based on the project scope and requirements provided by the client. Any additional work requested outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
4. Payment Terms
A minimum 50% advance payment is required before starting any project. The remaining balance must be cleared before final delivery of source files or project handover.
5. Revision Policy
Each project includes a limited number of revisions as specified in the quotation or package. Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may incur extra charges.
6. Project Timeline & Delivery
Project timelines depend on project complexity, client feedback, approvals, and content availability. Delays in client responses may affect delivery schedules.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership of final approved deliverables will be transferred to the client upon full payment completion. Draft concepts and unused designs remain the property of Shranira Services unless otherwise agreed.
8. Third-Party Assets
Stock images, premium fonts, templates, plugins, music, and third-party assets are subject to their original licensing terms and may require additional purchase costs.
9. Graphic Design Services
Final source files such as AI, PSD, EPS, SVG, or editable formats will be delivered only if included in the selected package or quotation.
10. Video Editing Services
Clients are responsible for providing required raw footage, logos, brand assets, and project materials. Rendering times may vary depending on project complexity and output quality.
11. Website Development Services
Domain registration, hosting charges, premium themes, plugins, and third-party integrations are not included unless specifically mentioned in the quotation.
12. Social Media Marketing Services
Marketing performance depends on various factors including audience behavior, budget, competition, and platform algorithms. Specific results or growth cannot be guaranteed.
13. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Advance payments are generally non-refundable once project work has commenced. Refund requests will be evaluated based on work completed at the time of cancellation.
14. Portfolio Rights
Shranira Services reserves the right to display completed work in portfolios, case studies, social media, and marketing materials unless a confidentiality agreement exists.
15. Limitation of Liability
Shranira Services shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or delivered work.
16. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Vadodara, Gujarat courts.
